He inherited an established Salesforce system and we worked collaboratively to develop an administration policy for the organization while developing reports, analysis and information sharing opportunities in my capacity as Director of Business Development. “I had the opportunity to work with Terence in my capacity of Director of Operations at SVLG. The first thing I noted about Terence is his excitement, empathy and ability to translate ideas into a narrative that people can engage with. At the time SVLG was going through a digital transformation, bringing its older systems into the present and designing scalable processes and resources for the org to move in a more agile and responsive way. Among the internal operations initiatives that we improved, a high impact project that I'd highlight was the scoping and design of Offsite - the org's first intranet. In just a few months, he transformed the way employees stay connected with one another and access the different resources that we use on a daily basis. His tool helps new employees to navigate the onboarding process and helps existing employees to stay connected and accountable to one another in the second year of a remote working environment. In addition, Terence is managing a reorganization of how SVLG uses Salesforce, which is already increasing efficiencies and interconnectedness among teams. In sum, Terence is one of the overall best team members I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only is his work creative, polished, and of the highest quality, but he is incredibly supportive and kind, bringing out the best in others in his working group and across the organization.”
