My mission is to help founders, leaders, and independent thinkers build scalable, purpose-driven businesses. This page functions as a self-service portal to help you discern if my approach is the right fit for your challenge. If you don't find your answer here, please don't hesitate to reach out.

My Philosophy & Approach (The "Why")

This section covers my core methodologies and the strategic thinking behind the systems I build.

What is a "creative technologist"?

A creative technologist is a strategist who bridges the gap between technology, business goals, and human experience. I don't just implement tools; I design and build custom digital solutions that solve core business problems in innovative ways.

What does a "business systems architect" do?

As a business systems architect, I design the operational blueprint for your company. This involves structuring the processes, technology, and data flows across your marketing, sales, and service departments to create a single, efficient engine for growth.

How does your "systems thinking" approach differ from traditional consulting?

Traditional consulting often addresses symptoms in silos. My systems-thinking approach diagnoses the entire operational ecosystem. I don't just fix a leaky sales funnel; I re-architect the entire water supply system—from lead source to customer retention—to ensure it's resilient and scalable.

What is the "30 Years in 3 Minutes" framework?

It's a proprietary strategic planning tool I use to help founders map out their long-term legacy. We then reverse-engineer that 30-year vision into actionable 10-year goals, 3-year strategies, and 90-day sprints, ensuring today's actions are aligned with your ultimate purpose.

What is the ORCA Method for customer acquisition?

ORCA (Organically Reaching Customer Acquisition) is a proprietary communications framework I developed that centers on your CRM and online communities. It's a system for building a loyal, engaged audience that drives sustainable, organic growth without relying on heavy ad spend.

What do you mean by "radical communication"?

Radical communication is a core value rooted in unflinching honesty and respectful, direct dialogue. It means we address the real issues, provide clear feedback, and ensure every stakeholder is aligned, which is the fastest path to solving complex problems.

How do you apply Lean and Agile principles to business strategy?

I apply Lean and Agile methodologies to make business strategy iterative and adaptive. Instead of rigid, long-term plans, we build, measure, and learn in short cycles (sprints), allowing your business to pivot quickly and respond to market feedback efficiently.

What is the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and how do you use it?

EOS is a proven framework for instilling focus, discipline, and accountability. I use its principles to help clients clarify their vision, gain traction through execution, and build healthy, cohesive leadership teams.

How do you help businesses define their mission, vision, and values?

I facilitate strategic sessions that help leadership teams articulate their core purpose (mission), their long-term aspiration (vision), and their guiding principles (values). We then translate these into a tangible brand plan that informs every decision, from product development to marketing.

What does "purpose-driven entrepreneurship" mean to you?

It means building a business that is not only profitable but also makes a positive impact. It's about aligning your commercial goals with a larger mission that inspires your team and resonates with conscious customers.

How do you balance technology with a human-centered approach?

Technology is a tool to serve people, not the other way around. I design systems that are human-centered, meaning they are intuitive, reduce friction, and empower your team to do their best work.

What's your philosophy on building a business legacy?

A legacy is built through deliberate, long-term thinking. My "30 Years in 3 Minutes" exercise is designed to help you think beyond the next quarter and architect a business that will endure and make a lasting impact.

How do you simplify complex systems for clients?

I simplify complexity by breaking down large, interconnected problems into their core components. I then use information architecture and process mapping to create a clear, logical structure that everyone can understand and execute against.

What role does data play in your strategic recommendations?

Data is the foundation of my methodology. I use both quantitative (the "what") and qualitative (the "why") data to make informed, evidence-based decisions, moving your strategy from guesswork to a predictable science.

How do you define a "healthy" business system?

A healthy business system is aligned, efficient, and scalable. It's a system where data flows seamlessly, teams communicate effectively, and every process is designed to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

What's your approach to problem-solving?

My approach is architectural. I first diagnose the root cause of the problem by auditing the entire system. Then, I design a comprehensive solution that addresses the core issue, rather than just patching the symptoms.

How do you ensure your strategies are sustainable long-term?

Sustainability is built into the design. By creating scalable systems, documenting processes in SOPs, and providing training, I ensure the solutions we build can be managed and optimized by your team long after our engagement ends.

What does "business literacy" mean and why is it important?

Business literacy is the ability for everyone in an organization to understand how the business makes money and achieves its goals. It's crucial because it empowers team members to make better, more autonomous decisions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

How do you help founders align their personal goals with their business strategy?

Through 1-on-1 coaching and strategic planning sessions, I help founders clarify what they truly want from their business and life. We then architect a business strategy that serves those personal goals, ensuring the company is a vehicle for their vision, not a cage.

What is the "Tripod Method" you mention?

The Tripod Method is a proprietary system I use that integrates three core pillars: a clear strategic vision, a robust operational system, and a cohesive communication plan. When all three legs of the tripod are strong and balanced, the business is stable and poised for growth.

An ICT solution is a custom-designed system that integrates various information and communication technologies to solve a specific business problem. It's a holistic approach that considers your tools, processes, and people together.

The Engagement Process & What to Expect (The "How")

This section explains how we can work together, from the first conversation to project completion.

What is the first step to working with me?
The journey begins with a conversation. Reach out via my contact page with a brief description of your challenge. This allows me to prepare so our initial call is as focused and productive as possible.

What does a typical consulting engagement look like?

A typical engagement follows four phases: 1) Discovery & Requirements, 2) Architecture & Systems Planning, 3) Implementation & Integration, and 4) Enablement & Optimization. It's a structured process designed to deliver tangible results.

How long does a standard project take?

Timelines vary based on complexity. A focused strategy intensive might take a few weeks, while a full RevOps implementation or digital transformation project could span several months. We will define a clear timeline in our project plan.

What kind of deliverables can I expect?

Deliverables are always tangible and actionable. They can include strategic roadmaps, documented SOPs, system architecture diagrams, custom-built dashboards, training materials, and fully implemented technology solutions.

How do you structure your pricing and fees?

I offer flexible engagement models to fit different needs, including project-based fees for well-defined scopes, and monthly retainers for ongoing fractional executive support or coaching.

Do you offer project-based fees or monthly retainers?

Both. We'll determine the best model for you during our initial conversations based on your goals, scope, and budget.

How do you measure the success and ROI of a project?

Success is measured against the clear, quantifiable goals and OKRs we establish at the beginning of the project. We track KPIs like revenue growth, reduction in manual workflows, and improved lead-to-close rates to demonstrate a clear ROI.

What is your process for a digital strategy or tools assessment?

I conduct a thorough audit of your current state, including your tech stack, workflows, and data flows. I then deliver a comprehensive report that identifies key weaknesses, opportunities, and a prioritized roadmap for digital transformation.

How involved will my team need to be?

Collaboration is key. I work as an extension of your team. I'll need input from your key stakeholders during the discovery and design phases, and their participation in training and adoption is crucial for long-term success.

What is your communication process during a project?

I believe in radical communication. You can expect regular, scheduled check-ins, clear status updates, and an open line of communication to ensure we are always aligned.

How do you handle project scope changes?

Change is inevitable in a growing business. We'll address scope changes transparently through a defined change request process, discussing the impact on timeline and budget before any new work begins.

What happens after a project is completed? Do you offer ongoing support?

My goal is to empower your team to manage the systems we build. However, I do offer ongoing support retainers for clients who want continued strategic guidance, system administration, or optimization.

Can I see case studies or examples of your past work?

Yes. My website highlights several success stories, such as achieving a 2.3x Return on Ad Spend for an e-commerce brand and growing an online community with zero ad spend. I'm happy to discuss relevant past work during our initial call.

How do you tailor your approach for different business sizes?

My methodologies (Lean, Agile, EOS) are inherently scalable. For startups, we focus on building a solid foundation. For larger, growth-stage companies, we focus on optimizing and scaling existing systems.

What is the discovery and requirements gathering phase like?

This is a deep-dive phase where I interview stakeholders, audit your current systems, and analyze your data. The goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your business so we can architect the right solution.

How do you ensure the solutions you build are adopted by my team?

Adoption is a core part of the process. I focus on enablement through comprehensive training materials, clear documentation (SOPs), and hands-on workshops to ensure your team feels confident and empowered by the new systems.

What's the difference between a strategy intensive and a long-term project?

A strategy intensive is a short, focused engagement (typically 2-4 weeks) designed to solve a specific strategic problem and deliver a clear roadmap. A long-term project involves the hands-on implementation and delivery of that roadmap over several months.

How do you kick off a new client relationship?

We start with a formal kickoff meeting to align on goals, scope, timelines, and communication protocols. This ensures we begin with a shared understanding and a solid foundation for a successful partnership.

What information do you need from me to get started?

Initially, I just need a high-level overview of your business and the challenge you're trying to solve. During the discovery phase, I will need access to relevant stakeholders, documents, and systems.

6Do you work remotely or on-site?
I primarily work remotely, which allows me to partner with clients anywhere. However, on-site workshops and strategy sessions can be arranged as needed for a project.

Technology & Systems Expertise (The "Tools")

This section addresses my experience with specific technologies and platforms.

I take a practical approach to AI. I help businesses leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks, generate data-driven insights, and enhance customer experiences, ensuring that any AI tool serves a clear business purpose and delivers measurable ROI.

How do you conduct a tech stack assessment?

I conduct a comprehensive audit of all the tools in your go-to-market stack, evaluating them for redundancy, integration capabilities, user adoption, and overall cost-effectiveness. The result is a clear roadmap for optimization.

How do you ensure the systems you design are secure?

Security is a core design principle. I follow best practices for data governance, user access controls, and integration security to ensure the systems I build protect your company's and your customers' data.

Do you build custom solutions or work with off-the-shelf software?

Both. My approach is to first leverage and optimize off-the-shelf software for cost-effectiveness. When necessary, I design and build custom solutions (often with low-code tools like Apps Script) to fill gaps and meet unique business requirements.

What is your experience with Google Workspace for business automation?

I have extensive experience using the Google Workspace suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Apps Script) to create powerful, custom business automation solutions for tasks ranging from mail merges to automated reporting and project tracking.

Can you help us choose the right project management software?

Yes. Rather than just recommending a tool, I first help you define your project management methodology and processes. Then, we select and implement the tool that best supports that system.

How do you approach data hygiene and prevent data decay?

I architect systems with data hygiene in mind from the start. This includes implementing data validation rules, standardizing data entry processes, and creating automated workflows to regularly cleanse and update your data, combating data decay.
