Philanthropy and Volunteering

Terence Latimer is a philanthropist and entrepreneur committed to uplifting the human spirit, particularly in underrepresented, rural communities. Latimer's work individually and in conjunction with recognized community organizations has helped fund equity and educational reform initiatives, outdoor access and historic preservation efforts, as well as internships and career pipeline opportunities for marginalized groups.

Key areas of my work are centered around literacy to assist efforts around community development, public health, and navigating The Digital Divide.

Why I Ran for A Seat on the Board of Copper Mountain College's Board of Trustees

In an age where Digital Literacy is as important as Financial Literacy, the increasing comprehension gaps we're experiencing have me concerned related to prospects associated with a Postcapitalist environment, where blockchain, digital assets, and concepts related to deeper levels of integration of technology will be as important as the institutional infrastructure currently supporting our systems.

America is at a crossroads, having to make decisions regarding who we are as a people and where we're going.
