Business Development and RevOps Manager

Latimer Enterprise is seeking a part-time remote Business Development Manager (VA) to work closely with our Founder and full-stack Content Manager. This role will drive lead generation, partnership development, and sales outreach for our projects. In similar positions, key duties include “identifying and qualifying leads, closing deals, and building relationships". 


As this is a virtual role, the ability to work independently and efficiently is essential. You will proactively research prospects, engage potential clients, and help convert opportunities into partnerships and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Qualify the customer needs

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Solid experience in business development or a similar role
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Passion and commitment for partner success, with the ability to build strong customer relationships

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and value‑selling methodologies.
  • Additional languages
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience launching or managing SaaS or technical products
